A sales rep phones me, books a meeting with me and i say great thats in the diary.
I get an email confirmation, great.
Then they send me a letter confirmation.
Then 2 days before they send me another letter reminding me about the meeting!!
Its put me off buying before the frigin reps got here!!
what a waste of time and money for the company!
